By the team at L’Atelier Aesthetics, checked by Dr Duncan Brennand, Lead Aesthetic Doctor, 101 Harley Street
Aesthetic medicine moves quickly, and the range of treatments available to patients has expanded considerably over the past few years. Not all of it represents genuine progress. At L’Atelier Aesthetics, 101 Harley Street, the treatments recommended at consultation are the ones that have demonstrated consistent results in practice – not the ones generating the most attention on social media.
What follows is not a trend list. It is the honest account of the ten treatments Dr Duncan Brennand reaches for most at the clinic in April 2026, why they are on the list, and what has not made it.
The three most requested treatments at the clinic in April 2026 are Profhilo, Sofwave and Julaine. All three are doctor-led, supported by a solid clinical evidence base, and produce results that develop gradually rather than appearing overnight. They are consistent with the considered, natural aesthetic that characterises the work done at the clinic.

Two criteria sit behind this edit. The first is clinical evidence – every treatment included has a meaningful body of data and outcomes that correspond with what is seen in practice at the clinic. The second is real-world reliability – does the treatment consistently solve a genuine concern when used at volume, or does it perform well in isolated cases without holding up over time?
The second filter removes several names that appear frequently on other clinic lists. What remains is what is actually used and recommended here.

For patients new to the clinic, this edit provides a useful orientation to what is likely to come up in a first consultation. For existing patients, it is an opportunity to see the current clinical thinking and perhaps to ask about a treatment not yet considered. It is not a personal recommendation – every treatment decision is made at consultation, based on the individual presenting in front of Dr Brennand.
| # | Treatment | What it does | Sessions |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Profhilo | Our preferred skin booster. Best for overall skin quality on the face and neck. | 2 sessions, 4 weeks apart, then every 6 months |
| 2 | Sofwave | Non-surgical tightening with no downtime. Best for early laxity along the jawline and neck. | 1 session, results build over 3 months |
| 3 | Julaine | Collagen stimulator for overall firming and early signs of ageing. | 1 to 2 treatments, full result at 3 to 4 months |
| 4 | Morpheus8 | Radiofrequency microneedling for texture, acne scarring and lower-face softening. | 3 sessions, 6 weeks apart |
| 5 | Anti-wrinkle injections | Targets lines caused by repeated muscle movement. Best for forehead, eyes and frown lines. | 3 to 4 times a year |
| 6 | Dermal fillers | Adds volume precisely where it is placed. Best for cheeks, chin, jawline and lips. | As needed at consultation |
| 7 | CoolPeel | Resurfacing laser for surface renewal, enlarged pores and fine lines. | 1 to 3 sessions, 6 weeks apart |
| 8 | Polynucleotides | Repair-focused injectable for thin, fragile or damaged skin. | 3 sessions, 4 weeks apart |
| 9 | Hydrafacial | Deep cleanse, exfoliation and hydration in one session. | Monthly or between deeper treatments |
| 10 | Chemical peels | Tailored to skin type. Best for surface tone and mild pigmentation. | 1 to 6 sessions depending on depth |
Several treatments that appear on other clinic top-ten lists are absent here. Thread lifts are not part of the standard treatment range at L’Atelier Aesthetics – in clinical practice the results are less reliable and less durable than newer alternatives such as Sofwave or Morpheus8. Platelet-rich plasma has not produced the consistency of outcome required to recommend it as a routine treatment. A number of vitamin-infusion and wellness-adjacent treatments currently circulating in the market do not meet the evidence threshold applied at this clinic.
None of these exclusions are absolute – individual cases may warrant a different conversation. But they are not treatments Dr Brennand reaches for regularly, and that is reflected in their absence from this list.

“What sits on this list is what I would book for my own friends and family. It is not the flashiest collection – some of it is distinctly unglamorous. The consistent, evidence-based treatments, applied steadily over time, are what keep skin looking well. The dramatic one-off treatments are almost always less useful than a well-sequenced plan of skin boosters, energy-based maintenance and the right injectable at the right point.”

Profhilo is consistently our most popular treatment. It suits a wide range of patients, produces visible results without dramatically changing the face, and the two-session course is manageable for most people. Sofwave and Julaine are close behind.
Yes. Every treatment is planned by Dr Brennand at consultation. Injectables are delivered personally by Dr Brennand. Device treatments are delivered by our team, Emma, Kate and Bronte, under his clinical lead.
We have chosen not to offer thread lifts as a core treatment. In our experience, the results are less reliable than newer options like Sofwave or Morpheus8. Dr Brennand can advise on the best alternative for lift and definition at consultation.
Yes, and most longer-term plans combine three to five of these treatments. Dr Brennand sequences them at consultation so each one builds on the last rather than overlapping.
Profhilo is typically twice a year after the initial course. Sofwave is usually annual. Morpheus8 is a full course followed by annual maintenance. Julaine is one to two treatments per year. Anti-wrinkle injections are every three to four months. Dr Brennand will set a personal schedule at consultation.
We do not run discount promotions on clinical treatments. Course pricing offers the best value for treatments like Morpheus8 and Profhilo, and our Skin Club membership includes a range of benefits for regular patients. We believe results should not depend on flash sales.
