Top 10 Treatments at L’Atelier Aesthetics: Our April 2026 Edit

By Dr Duncan Brennand, Lead Aesthetic Doctor at L’Atelier Aesthetics, 101 Harley Street

We see a lot of treatments cycle in and out of fashion. What follows is not a trend list. It is the honest order in which we use treatments at the clinic, based on what patients ask for, what holds up over time, and what we trust enough to recommend repeatedly. Some names on this list will be familiar. Some are less well known but do meaningful work. Below is our current April 2026 edit of the ten treatments we reach for most.

What are the most popular treatments at L’Atelier Aesthetics right now?

Our three most-booked treatments in April 2026 are Profhilo, Sofwave and Julaine. All three are doctor-led, have a solid evidence base, and produce results that build gradually rather than appearing overnight. They suit the calm, natural aesthetic our patients come to us for.

Why this list, and how we chose it

Two filters sit behind this edit. First, evidence: we only include treatments with a meaningful body of clinical data and outcomes that match what we see in our own patients. Second, real-world usefulness: does this treatment solve a genuine problem, or is it a trend treatment that has not stood up to the volume we see? The second filter knocks several fashionable names off the list. What remains is what we actually use.

Who this list is for

If you are new to the clinic, this edit is a useful starting point for what is likely to come up in your consultation. If you are an existing patient, it is a chance to see how we are thinking right now, and perhaps a reason to ask about a treatment you had not considered. The list is not a personal recommendation. Every treatment is decided at consultation based on the face in front of Dr Brennand.

What did not make the edit

Several treatments that appear on other clinics’ top-ten lists are absent here. Thread lifts sit outside our usual range because the results are less reliable than newer alternatives like Sofwave or Morpheus8. Platelet-rich plasma has not produced the consistency we would need to recommend it regularly. Several fashionable vitamin-infusion treatments on the market do not have the evidence base we look for. None of this means they cannot work. They are simply not part of how we treat patients at this clinic.

Dr Brennand’s take

“What sits on this list is what I would book for my own friends and family. It is not the flashiest collection; some of it is distinctly boring. The boring treatments, consistently applied, are what ages skin slowly. The glamorous one-off treatments are almost always less useful than a steady plan of skin boosters, energy-based maintenance and the right injectable at the right time.”

All injectables on this list are delivered personally by Dr Brennand. Device treatments are delivered by our team, Emma, Kate and Bronte, under his clinical lead after the consultation.

This list reflects what we actually use at the clinic, not what is fashionable. Profhilo, Sofwave and Julaine lead the way because they consistently deliver results that look natural and hold up over time. The rest of the list is built on the same principle: treatments that solve real problems, backed by real evidence. The right combination for you will depend on your skin, your concerns and your goals, which is what the consultation is for. Our clinic is at 101 Harley Street, London W1G 6AH, a short walk from Bond Street and Oxford Circus. Book online through the contact page or call us if you would prefer to speak first.

Frequently Asked Questions around our Top 10 treatments

What is the most popular treatment at L'Atelier Aesthetics?

Profhilo is consistently our most popular treatment. It suits a wide range of patients, produces visible results without dramatically changing the face, and the two-session course is manageable for most people. Sofwave and Julaine are close behind.

Are all treatments at L'Atelier Aesthetics doctor-led?

Yes. Every treatment is planned by Dr Brennand at consultation. Injectables are delivered personally by Dr Brennand. Device treatments are delivered by our team, Emma, Kate and Bronte, under his clinical lead.

Does L'Atelier Aesthetics offer thread lifts?

We have chosen not to offer thread lifts as a core treatment. In our experience, the results are less reliable than newer options like Sofwave or Morpheus8. Dr Brennand can advise on the best alternative for lift and definition at consultation.

Can I combine treatments on this list?

Yes, and most longer-term plans combine three to five of these treatments. Dr Brennand sequences them at consultation so each one builds on the last rather than overlapping.

How often should I book these treatments?

Profhilo is typically twice a year after the initial course. Sofwave is usually annual. Morpheus8 is a full course followed by annual maintenance. Julaine is one to two treatments per year. Anti-wrinkle injections are every three to four months. Dr Brennand will set a personal schedule at consultation.

Do you discount treatments at L'Atelier Aesthetics?

We do not run discount promotions on clinical treatments. Course pricing offers the best value for treatments like Morpheus8 and Profhilo, and our Skin Club membership includes a range of benefits for regular patients. We believe results should not depend on flash sales.

Sofwave stimulates collagen to lift and tighten, but this is just one part of the overall plan. Depending on the skin, we may pair it with treatments that support tissue repair, improve texture, boost hydration or refine facial structure. Different treatments do different jobs, which is why combination plans often give the best outcome.

#sofwave #skintightening #collagenstimulation #nonsurgicallift #sofwavelondonThe Classic HydraFacial is great for a general refresh. But the Advanced HydraFacial is where the real customisation happens. By adding lymphatic drainage and targeted boosters, we can tailor the treatment to your skin’s specific needs; whether that’s congestion, redness, dehydration or early signs of ageing. Because your skin isn’t one-size-fits-all.
