Putting the personal into training

Chris developed his love for sport and fitness from a very young age playing rugby, football and tennis to a high standard. He then moved into white-collar boxing and enjoyed success both as a competitive bodybuilder and fitness model.

At the age of 21, Chris was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. Although it felt like a setback and weakness at the time, he now sees the condition and the understanding it’s led him to as a great strength. His knowledge of diet and nutrition is significant and just as importantly, personal experience has motivated Chris to help others on their fitness journeys.

Working with you to develop the right training programmes to help you reach your fitness goals, Chris uses his experience and knowledge to help you avoid mistakes and stay motivated. From losing weight to building strength or simply improving overall fitness – this is personal training that’s designed to make you feel great.

Chris’s speciality lies in his work as a weight loss practitioner. Taking you through your weight loss journey in a fun and safe environment, whilst creating accountability and structure to get you the results you want. His weight loss programmes are tailored to your indivudal needs and are therefore available for in house or online clients.

Your Questions Answered

    • Where does the personal training take place?

      Chris is based in a new state or the art gym in Imperial Wharf ( however he is available for outcall clients and can train anywhere from your apartment gym to your local park. Online Exercise, nutritional and clinical weight loss programmes available upon request.

    • What would be the ideal time between sessions?

      Depending on your age Chris recommends exercising a minimum of three days a week. Rest times in between session may vary depending on the fitness, age and goals of the individual.

    • How long are the sessions?

      Sessions are typically 1 hour long but can be tailored to the individual depending on their goals and availability.
