Putting the personal into training
Chris developed his love for sport and fitness from a very young age playing rugby, football and tennis to a high standard. He then moved into white-collar boxing and enjoyed success both as a competitive bodybuilder and fitness model.
At the age of 21, Chris was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. Although it felt like a setback and weakness at the time, he now sees the condition and the understanding it’s led him to as a great strength. His knowledge of diet and nutrition is significant and just as importantly, personal experience has motivated Chris to help others on their fitness journeys.

Taking you through your weight loss journey in a fun and safe environment, whilst creating accountability and structure to get you the results you want. His weight loss programmes are tailored to your indivudal needs and are therefore available for in house or online clients.
